Blackbird – Return & Exchange Policy

At Blackbird, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent exchange process.

Exchange Policy
• We offer exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)
• Undergarments or customized products
• Items damaged due to misuse

Exchange Process
1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to us (customer may bear shipping cost unless item is defective).
4. After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Return Policy
• We currently do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.
• In case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the exchange shipping cost.

Important Notes
• Blackbird reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
• Processing time for exchanges is typically 5–7 business days after receiving the item.
